Pricing

We're in beta. Let's talk.

ShipScan is running in a handful of UK warehouses while we finish it. Beta customers get the whole product, the people who build it on the other end of the line, and a say in what comes next. We ask for a warehouse to prove it on and honest feedback.

Everything is in.

Nothing is held back in the beta.

  • Labels by API, one document per shipment
  • Every carrier we've wired, plus rate comparison and address checks
  • Handheld and phone scanning, offline, with pallets and ID labels
  • Frozen manifests, warnings, exceptions, cases and dossiers
  • The live board, with present mode for the wall
  • Carrier performance, with the industry sample from day one
  • Tracking cleaned into one set of statuses, plus your own webhooks
  • Multiple warehouses, roles, and carrier test environments

The questions everyone asks.

How do orders get in?
Through the API. One request with the shipment and the carrier. If you already talk to a courier API the shape will feel familiar. There's a reference and a Postman collection in the help centre.
Which carriers?
DPD, UPS, Royal Mail, APC, DX Freight, UPN, SLH, DSV and your own fleet today. We add carriers all the time, and we build bespoke adapters for contract carriers.
What do operators scan with?
Zebra Android handhelds, or any Android phone using its camera. Both do the same job.
More than one warehouse?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own code, access is set per person, and there are roles for admins, operators, viewers and floor staff.
Can we test against a carrier sandbox?
Yes. Point an account at the carrier's test system and its labels are marked as test and kept out of your history.
What happens after the beta?
We agree pricing with you before anything changes, with notice. Nothing is metered quietly.
